My journey began at a young age in Colombia, where I developed a mindset focused on making money through sales and creating my own financial independence. I graduated from La Sabana University with a degree in Service Administration. When I arrived in the United States, I brought with me a backpack full of dreams. I initially ventured into the retail sales industry while simultaneously preparing to become certified as a mortgage processor, a profession I pursued until the arrival of my two beautiful daughters. Wanting to dedicate as much attention as possible to them during their early years, I decided to explore the real estate profession in 2013.

Having experienced the 2008 market crash and gaining years of industry experience, I realized I wanted to help people who, like me, had lost their investments during that time. This led me to establish Gio Management Group in 2017. The company was created to offer alternatives for owners of residential and/or commercial properties, providing them with positive solutions to their financial challenges. I also aimed to assist small and medium-sized investors in structuring their property investments.

In the cyclical world of real estate, I have successfully helped dozens of buyers and sellers maximize their net worth.
